Surprising George Bush

When we see George Bush on TV, he rarely is smooth and often mumbles his words. There are so many videos put together that make fun of him and his acts.
I was very surprised seeing this video of George Bush being so smooth and direct. He has a convincing tone and looks like a very good debater. That was 10 years ago, but I still find it interesting. However I doubt that the tone of this voice would’ve changed anything to what he did when he became president.
